What does Eliquis cost in the US?
The US list price of Eliquis is $346 for a 30-day supply as of January 2026. That’s also the price through the drugmaker’s own direct-to-patient program. With commercial insurance, many people pay less using a copay card. But if you’re uninsured, underinsured, or stuck in a coverage gap, you can end up paying close to that full price.
No generic Eliquis is on sale in the US yet. A generic has been approved, but it isn’t expected to reach US pharmacies before 2028.
